Penny Hagner Koepsel began writing short stories and poetry at an early age. She always dreamed of becoming an author and offering support and advocacy for children and adolescents. She has a PhD in psychology and has provided psychological services for many years in a variety of settings. Penny’s childhood experiences and career in psychological services are often reflected in her fiction, as she continues to be a voice for those less fortunate.
Penny and her husband enjoy spending time with their dogs, traveling, hanging out with their friends and family, and attending concerts. Penny is active in animal rescue groups. She loves to cook and try new recipes, work in her garden, relax with a book, and snuggle with her two fur babies.
